Clothes Donation Event - 2025
This year, make a positive impact by donating your old clothes, shoes, and toys before indulging in new purchases.
While you take the time to create space for fresh opportunities and new beginnings, it's equally important to encourage them to embrace some exciting new experiences that can enrich their journey.
One more layer in winters.
During the Diwali festival in 2022, we appealed to the kind-hearted people of Dahanu to donate new or gently used clothing, footwear, jackets, toys, and more. A large number of compassionate individuals willingly contributed a diverse range of practical items to assist those facing hardship and in need of support, demonstrating their generosity and commitment to helping others in the community.
It was the kick-off of our very first Clothing Donation Event. We established a collection initiative where we received donations from generous individuals and then delivered these items to those who were in need of assistance.
Helpful tips to remember before you donate!
Your generous donations of clothes, blankets, shoes, toys, books, and educational materials can make a significant difference in someone's life! We urge you to contribute by November 21, 2025. As you prepare your donations, please consider the following important points to ensure that your gifts truly meet the needs of those who will benefit from your kindness.
We sincerely appreciate your generosity in considering a donation of the items listed above. However, we kindly ask that you ensure all donated materials are in good condition, as we are unable to accept any items that are torn, broken, or otherwise damaged. It is important to us that the donations we receive can be utilized effectively. Furthermore, we would like to clarify that we will not be accepting any innerwear or similar types of clothing, as these items do not align with our current needs. Thank you for your understanding and support.
